Directions
By Tube or DLR.
The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London. At Canning Town change to the DLR (upstairs on platform 3) for the quick two-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL Station.
ExCeL London is located in zone 3 and London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It’s recommended that you purchase a return ticket or an All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home.
Trains from Tower Gateway go direct to Custom House for ExCeL.
When traveling from Bank on the DLR change at Westferry for a Beckton bound train.
When traveling from Lewisham take a Stratford train and change at Poplar for a Beckton bound train. Alternatively take the first Bank train and change at Westferry.

There is a direct national railway service from Richmond, via Silverlink trains.

There is easy access to Waterloo International Station, the terminus for Channel Tunnel high-speed rail services, via the Jubilee Line.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
All cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within 15 days will incur a £50 fee by the property as well as our £25 admin + 5% credit card handling fee's
