They are fitted with two single beds in the separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and free wireless internet access. You will find them on the first to fourth floors (no elevator), overlooking the building's courtyard.



• Studio:
  These 40m² studio apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They are fitted with two single beds and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen is either open or separate, depending on the apartment, and the bathroom comes with a shower. Enjoy free use of the wireless internet access. You will find the apartments on the second to fourth floors (no elevator), overlooking the building's courtyard.



• 2-bedroom Apartment
  This apartment is located at Schönhauser Allee 5 in 10119 Berlin and can accommodate up to 6 people.
  This 80 m² apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a large, sunny living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a balcony overlooking the street.
  The apartments are located between the second and fourth floors (no lift) and provide free wireless internet access,



• Larger 2-bedroom Apartment:
  More than 110 m² in size, this 2-bedroom apartment can sleep up to 9 people with 2 single beds in the front bedroom, 3 single beds in the back bedroom and 2 double sofa beds, one in the kitchen/dining room and one in the living room. The Museum Island is a 10-minute walk away and can be seen from the living room's balcony. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no lift in the building.

• From Schönefeld Airport (SXF):
  Take the “S9” train to "Ostkreuz". At "Ostkreuz" you have to change trains to the S3, S7 or S75 to “Alexanderplatz”. Alternatively there are the Regional trains 7 and 14 (“Airport express”) going from Schoenfeld train station directly to “Alexanderplatz”.
  
  At "Alexanderplatz" you need to go downstairs to the underground "U2" subway line. Take this line one stop in the direction toward “Pankow” to “Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz”. Exit the station in the same direction as the train was travelling, Cross the intersection of “Torstrasse” and continue 50 meters up “Schoenhauser Allee”. Number 5 is on the right hand side of the street in between the "Last Cathedral" and "Marrakesh". The walk from the train station to the apartment takes roughly five minutes.



• From Tegel Airport (TXL):
  Take the TXL bus and exit at “Hauptbahnhof” (the central train station). Remain at the same bus stop and take the 240 bus to “Rosa Luxemburg Platz”. Exit the bus and walk back 20 meters in the opposite direction the bus was travelling back to the traffic light. Turn right and cross the street (Torstrasse) and walk up "Schoenhauser Allee" 50 meters . Number 5 is on the right hand side of the street in between the "Last Cathedral" and "Marrakesh". The walk from the train station to the apartment takes roughly five minutes.

• Internet access: wireless internet free in all apartments.


• Cleaning frequency: cleaning is provided free of charge on request.


• Laundry facility: there are no laundry facilities available at the property or inside the apartments. Closest public laundry is 5 minutes away.


• Air conditioning: not available.


• Leisure facility: nearest gym is 150m away. Nearest swimming pool with Sauna is approximately 1Km away.


• Parking: no onsite car park, but it is free to park in the street.


• Extra bed: available to be added in some apartments at an extra charge of 20 EUR per night.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY

The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation.

• All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

• Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
  Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.

• Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

• Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.

• Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartotels.com will retain an amount as follows:

• for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay;

• for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and

• for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.

The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
